About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a Group Home Administrator/Manager to lead and support staff and residents, helping them thrive and achieve their personal goals. You will be responsible for conducting intake assessments for new residents, supervising group home program staff, and ensuring the program’s adherence to all policies and procedures. This role also includes on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

● Supervise group home staff, ensuring all operations meet program standards
● Conduct intake assessments for new residents
● Oversee staff training and development
● Review and approve client progress notes
● Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
● Serve as an on-call support for emergencies and staff issues

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent experience
● 1+ year of experience in a human services/behavioral health setting
● Supervisory experience (preferred)
● CPR/First Aid certification
● Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
● Clean Criminal Background Check (no evidence of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children or adults)
