Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Home Assessments
Per-Assessment Position | Flexible Scheduling
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a qualified and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home client assessments on an as-needed, per-assessment basis.
This is not a traditional part-time or full-time position. The RN will be compensated for each completed assessment, allowing for flexibility based on assessment availability and the RN's schedule.
Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments for prospective and/or current clients.
  • Evaluate the client's care needs and overall condition.
  • Gather and document relevant client information accurately.
  • Complete all required assessment paperwork and documentation.
  • Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to the office.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with clients and families.
  • Complete assessments within the required timeframe.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Previous experience with home care, geriatric care, assessments, or case management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assessment documentation accurately.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes as needed.
  • Professional, compassionate, and comfortable interacting with clients and their families.
Compensation
Paid per completed assessment
