Job description

WINTER HAVEN, FL.
The New Home Sales Manager supports the organization's mission to provide superior quality, lasting value, and outstanding customer service through the day-to-day workflow processes that affect Holiday Builders. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales through the hiring, motivation and leadership of a Regional Sales Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Maintain and improve sales and distribution, develop sales forecasts, plans and budgets for region.
  2. Plan and coordinate sales program for maximum sales volume and profitability.
  3. Hire, train, and develop regional New Home Consultants.
  4. Provide leadership, coaching and supervision of regional New Home Consultants.
  5. Evaluate sales team performance, monitor, and support individual business plans.
  6. Provide technical support to Sales staff on using Customer Relationship (CRM) software and IHMS database.
  7. Conduct sales staff meetings for long and short-range sales planning and coaching.
  8. Conduct competitive market analysis.
  9. Work in concert with the marketing department.
  10. Ensure conformance of all Holiday Builders standards, policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
5 - 7 years New Home Sales experience
Current Real Estate License preferred
2-3 years management experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, CRM software, IHMS database
  • Excellent people and management skills
  • Maintain attention to detail and follow through
  • Problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Travel required throughout the region to which assigned

Physical Demands
Able to lift, push, or move 10 to 25 pounds without assistance
Requires the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies.
