Outside Sales Representative (B2B Technology Sales)
Build a Career in Sales, We Train!
Capital Business Systems
Laramie, WY and Surrounding Territory
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are committed to promoting a healthy work/life
balance for our team.
First-Year Earnings: $50-$65k + Uncapped Commission
• Guaranteed base salary
• $6,000 bonus in first six months
• Earning potential: $90k for top reps by year two

What You'll Do:
• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect and generate new business in your territory
• Meet with clients to identify technology and workflow needs
• Present customized solutions and proposals
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Maintain customer relationships and grow existing accounts
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM software

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently throughout the day
Previous CRM or sales experience is helpful, but not a requirement.
