Job description

We are looking for experienced and organized Homeowners Association (HOA) Managers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an HOA, including managing budgets, enforcing rules and regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and responding to homeowner inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HOA management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce the rules and regulations of the Homeowner Association.
  • Oversee the facilities and grounds of all HOA amenities and properties.
  • Primary point of contact to Board, Homeowner, Vendor, and back-office operations.
  • Communicate with homeowners/residents regarding rule violations and compliance.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Handle complaints from homeowners/residents promptly.
  • Organize and attend board and committee meetings, and community events as needed.
  • Monitor delinquency rates and review monthly financial reports. Prepare budget in coordination with the board.
  • Maintain community databases and ensure owner/resident information is up to date.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with state and local laws.

Certifications: CMCA, PCAM, or AMS preferred

Skills: Prioritization of projects, excellent communication (both written & verbal), customer service, and attention to detail are a few of the key skills that are extremely important in this role.

Salary commensurate with experience.
