Job description

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 or Based on Experience.

Were Hiring: Community Association Manager for Multiporpoise Management, LLC

We are not hiring for an average desk job. Some days youll manage projects. Some days youll solve problems. Some days youll just wonder how one email created seven more follow-up emails. Welcome to community management: where every day is different, every quick question has a subplot, and staying organized is basically a superpower. We do take community management very seriously, but we strongly believe great work and a good laugh go hand in hand.

Multiporpoise Management, LLC is looking for aCommunity Association Manager to join our team. This is an in-person position, with the ideal schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Board meetings will sometimes be scheduled for nights and/or weekends, so occasional coverage will be required.

In this role, youll serve as the main point of contact for board members, homeowners, vendors, contractors, and internal team members. Youll help manage the day-to-day operations of assigned community associations, prepare for board meetings, assist with reports and budgets, coordinate maintenance needs, track projects, communicate updates, and make sure association business stays professional, organized, and compliant.Basically, youll help keep communities running smoothly, and yes, sometimes that means navigating choppy waters with a smile on your face.

What exactly are we looking for? Experience in Association Management is ideal, but we will absolutely consider someone with a background in property management, finance, or proven leadership in a management role. Whatever your path, you'll need to be a strong communicator who possesses a good amount of charm that will be used to work well with board members, homeowners, vendors, and team members. Someone who can juggle many to-do projects at once while managing files, reports, invoices, meeting minutes, and agendas. An out-of-the-box problem-solver who can coordinate maintenance, vendor proposals, projects, and remain cool as the other side of the pillow during emergencies when needed. Someone professional, dependable, and willing to learn or expand their knowledge on community governing documents, rules, regulations, and applicable HOA/AUO statutes. Finally, and probably the most important, we need a team player who supports our company culture, has a sense of humor, and is committed to 5-star customer service.

We are willing to pay for experience. We are offering the job starting anywhere from $22/hr-$24/hr but we will dig into our pockets a little deeper for a person who already has HOA Management experience.

Multiporpoise Management is easily one of the best companies to work for in Lincoln City. The top four employees at Multiporpoise Management all started at the entry level. While I can't promise promotions, we are the type of company where growth isn't just a far-fetched idea. In 2017 we were 1 location with about 44 short-term vacation rentals. Now we have expanded to 7 different operations with over 250 vacation rentals, and managing 4 different HOA associations.

Joining our team is not just starting a new job. It's embarking on a new career journey that could lead to you not only being financially stable but also could create generational wealth for your family through our company investment opportunities. Were professional, dependable, and surprisingly funny for people who spend this much time talking about budgets, bylaws, and board packets. And we are committed to making sure that while working here we will keep the office from feeling like a board meeting that couldve been an email.

We offer health and dental insurance and we provide $10,000 of life insurance to you just for working here. We do provide options to buy more life insurance if you want it, as well as many other supplemental benefits such as accident insurance. We offer free night stays in any of our locations after working for us for a year, and bonuses are something we love to give out.

If you want to learn the business, and build a professional track record in a place that notices strong work and compensates you for it, this is the job opening for you! What are you waiting for? Apply today! Worst case, you got to read a job ad that didnt sound like it was written by a filing cabinet.

Bonus points if you know what Robert's Rules of Order are, and extra, extra points if you've ever had to use them to stop two board members from arguing over the use of day glow light bulbs.
