Job Description

Our beautiful office and wonderful staff is expanding and we’re looking for an additional Front Desk Associate to join our team! Currently, we have two expert dentists (a general dentist and a prosthodontist) and a dedicated team of hygienists and support staff. As our practice continues to grow, we’re seeking a Front Desk Associate who thrives in a patient-centered, relationship-driven environment. We value a Front Desk Associate who is efficient and punctual but also takes the time to deliver excellent work without feeling rushed. We’re looking for someone with experience and positive energy who genuinely enjoys helping people, building rapport with patients, and working collaboratively with the dentists, office manager, and other front desk teammates.
Job requirements:
- Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Entering patient information into the office computer system.
- Insurance verification, assisting new patients to fill out the registration forms.
- Collect and post payments including credit card transactions.
- Electronically submitting/preparing insurance claims.
- Educating and discussing with patients the benefit coverage and payment options of treatment plans after diagnosed and reviewed by clinical staff.
- Tracking all outstanding treatment plans, payments, unscheduled appointments.
- Giving new patient tours of our office

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $22 per hour

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to the hourly pay, full-time front desk associates are eligible for an incentive (bonus) program providing an opportunity to possibly earn additional pay on top of the hourly pay after the first 90 days of working at Dublin Dental Care!

Job Requirements:
1. Prior or current experience working at a dental office is required.
2. High School graduate.
3. At least a year of experience working in a dental office at the front desk is preferred.
4. Comfortable answering phone calls and delivering information to a wide variety of sources.
5. Ability to learn quickly.
6. Knowledge and experience using a computer system and basic office software.
7. Experience with Dental Software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
8. Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
