Front Desk Associate

At Douglas J Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Front Desk Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
About the position:
We're seeking a Front Desk Associate who enjoys making our guests' day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests' experience by:
  • Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s)
  • Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day
  • Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases
  • Offer guest relaxation experiences, such as hand & arm massages.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8-hours.
  • A serving heart and a charismatic, approachable personality
  • High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively
