Mosaic Health is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, data-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This individual will play a critical role in supporting Mosaic Health's continued growth by developing effective sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and serving as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of professional-level roles.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Preferred Experience

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $63,982.00 to $95,972.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
