They work with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to fill short-term staffing needs, often during peak times or when permanent staff are unavailable. Their responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure healthcare facilities have the necessary staff. These recruiters may work independently, for staffing agencies, or as part of a healthcare organization's HR team. Their expertise helps maintain quality patient care by quickly addressing staffing shortages.

What are common challenges faced by contract health care recruiters, and how can they be addressed?

Contract health care recruiters often face challenges such as rapidly changing staffing needs, competition for qualified candidates, and strict compliance requirements.
