Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client in the healthcare industry to hire a skilled Healthcare Recruiter. This position will support a growing talent acquisition team amid ongoing expansion and mergers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in recruiting for both clinical and administrative healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Conduct phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to identify top talent.
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical field
  • Strong sourcing and research skills with the ability to find candidates through multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting high-volume hiring
