Overview

This position will work as a member of the Facilities Management team. The Guest Relations Representative will ensure a positive face is presented to the external world on behalf of our agency customers, and will help the Facilities Management team create an inviting, pleasant, and safe place for employees to come to work.

Responsibilities
  • Support Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office / reception area
  • Greet and direct clients, outside visitors, and employees
  • Maintain supplies required to create a welcoming environment (pantries, cafes, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain visitor systems in accordance with Groupe policy
  • Answer agency main contact phone numbers; provide assistance and guidance
  • Respond to employee and external inquiries; provide information and resolve problems as necessary
  • Report all safety issues
  • Provide administrative backup support for Facilities Management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups

Experience working in a rapid and complex changing environment

Passionate about providing outstanding customer service

Enthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
