Higgsfield AI

San Francisco, CA • On-site

$110K - $150K/yr

Full-time

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

About Higgsfield
Higgsfield AI is the leading video AI company redefining synthetic media on social platforms. In just 9 months since launch, the company has scaled to a $200M+ run-rate in revenue and recently raised a $130M Series A as it enters its next phase of growth.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a GTM Engineer who sits between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data - someone who builds systems that help the company close more revenue, faster.
This is not a traditional sales role and not a traditional engineering role. It's for someone who:
  • Thinks like a seller but builds like an operator
  • Enjoys tinkering, prototyping, and automating workflows
  • Cares deeply about ROI and real business outcomes
  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
  • Learns new tools by doing, not by waiting for permission

You don't need a formal CS background. You do need curiosity, commercial instincts, and the ability to turn messy GTM problems into scalable systems.
What You'll Work On
Build & Own GTM Infrastructure
  • Design, build, and maintain systems that power our GTM motion across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Create workflows that support lead enrichment, routing, outreach, deal progression, and account expansion.
  • Automate repetitive tasks so revenue teams can focus on high-value conversations.

Revenue Enablement
  • Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to understand where deals stall and engineer solutions that unblock them.
  • Build tooling that helps reps qualify faster, personalize better, and close more effectively.

Experimentation & Optimization
  • Treat GTM like a product: form hypotheses, test workflows, validate signals, and iterate quickly.
  • Run experiments across acquisition, conversion, and expansion to identify what moves revenue.
  • Turn feedback loops from Sales and customers into better systems and processes.

Data & Signal
  • Pull, transform, and analyze GTM data to surface insights on funnel performance, deal velocity, and account growth.
  • Help define and track leading indicators that inform prioritization and strategy.
  • Build lightweight dashboards or internal tools that make GTM performance visible and actionable.
What We Look For
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as engineering, analytics engineering, growth engineering, or technical RevOps.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with modern data warehouses.
  • Experience designing and maintaining workflow automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Regular use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up building, analysis, and iteration.
  • Prior work at a high-growth startup or product-driven company.
The Deal
  • Location: San Francisco Bay Area
  • Work Format: SF-based, hybrid (2 days/week on-site)
  • Compensation: Competitive base + equity
