We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to help build the team behind Broccoli's next phase of growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles - AEs, CSMs and Marketers - working closely with founders on both the who and the why behind every hire.
Recruiting is one of the most important functions at Broccoli. We're building AI systems that operate in the real world, and the quality of our team directly determines whether this works.
What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across levels - from sales, customer success, to marketing and operations - done the Broccoli way.
  • Work with founders to ensure a delightful candidate experience, from the first conversation through each of your candidates' first day.
  • Sourcing - lots of it! Broccoli has a strong pitch when it comes to revenue and growth, but we're still in the early stages of getting the word out. And you'll experiment with new sourcing strategies, referrals, outbound, and creative approaches to reach great candidates.
  • Collaborate with founders on the strategic side of recruiting: quality of hire, bar-raising, and building teams that scale, not just filling seats.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of GTM recruiting experience, with a strong track record of shipping great hires.
  • Strong preference for experience sourcing GTM talent at early-stage or fast-growing startups.
