Job description

We are seeking a highly adaptable Temporary Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple functions and levels. This role requires a true generalist—someone comfortable recruiting across junior through leadership?level roles, spanning General & Administrative (G&A), Go?To?Market (GTM), and select technical positions. Hiring needs are driven by growth, resignations, and replacements, so the ability to step into any area of the business quickly and effectively is critical.

This is a full?desk role. The ideal candidate is hands?on and accustomed to owning the recruitment lifecycle end?to?end, without reliance on recruiting coordinators or additional support. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer support Recruit across a wide range of roles and seniority levels, from entry?level through management Support hiring needs across multiple functions, including G&A, GTM, and technical roles Partner directly with hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs and priorities Proactively source candidates using multiple channels and strategies Screen and assess candidates for both skills and overall fit Coordinate and schedule interviews, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate, up?to?date records and documentation throughout the hiring process Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs in a fast?moving environment Qualifications Proven experience as a full?cycle recruiter supporting a wide variety of roles and functions Demonstrated ability to pivot across different types of searches without being specialized in a single niche Comfortable working in environments without traditional staffing plans or recruiting support resources Strong organizational and time?management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism with candidates and stakeholders Hands?on, self?sufficient approach—comfortable owning all aspects of the recruiting process from start to finish Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
