Job description

Job Title

Candidates should have 10+ years of hands-on experience with EDI HQ middleware tool.

Collaborate with clients to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Monitor and manage EDI transmissions, troubleshoot errors, and resolve failed transactions.

Develop and maintain EDI mappings and configurations.

Onboard new trading partners (suppliers, carriers, marketplaces) and oversee EDI certification.

Monitor system alerts and logs for EDI transactions errors.

Support existing integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.

Assist with onboarding and testing new trading partners (vendors, 3PLs, carriers).

Maintain detailed documentation of mappings, standards, and partner specs.

Work with protocols such as As2, SFTP, FTP etc.

Awareness of incident management change management problem management process and Release Management.

Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or others.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
