Job description

About DoorLoop

DoorLoop is property management software built for speed and the smart choice for people who take growth seriously. With offices in Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, we’re a global company helping property owners and managers move faster, scale smarter, and get real support, real fast.

We’re proudly People First. That’s why we’re a Certified Great Place to Work, recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers in both 2024 and 2025, and earn top ratings on Glassdoor.

Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a GTM Engineer to join our GTM Ops team to rebuild and scale our GTM systems and architecture as we move upmarket and support enterprise GTM execution. This role will play a critical part in transforming a legacy Salesforce environment—originally designed for a single funnel—into a flexible, multi-funnel platform that supports complex routing, trusted attribution, scalable automation, and AI-powered GTM workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys solving complex GTM problems, reducing manual work, and designing durable, intelligent architecture that enables speed today without creating tech debt tomorrow to bolster revenue generation.

Problems You’ll Solve

  • Re-architect Salesforce to support multiple GTM funnels and enterprise workflows.
  • Design lifecycle logic that works for both Marketing attribution, Sales execution and Customer Experience motions.
  • Replace brittle, one-off automations with scalable orchestration across Salesforce, Hubspot, webhooks, and tools like n8n.
  • Reduce manual GTM work caused by legacy system constraints and heavy customization.
  • Improve trust and visibility into attribution and funnel performance by fixing upstream GTM architecture.
  • Rebuild core GTM systems to support new initiatives without requiring constant rework.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce architecture and GTM system design, including objects, fields, relationships, flows, validation logic, routing, and integrations.
  • Rebuild and simplify a heavily customized legacy Salesforce environment to support enterprise GTM execution and long-term scale.
  • Design, build, and maintain GTM automations and workflows, including AI-powered workflows and decisioning, to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • Implement flexible, segment-aware routing frameworks, incorporating deterministic logic and AI-assisted decisioning where appropriate.
  • Design and implement GTM system changes using an experimentation mindset, including clear hypotheses, safe rollout strategies, validation plans, and pre-/post-change measurement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to support lifecycle management, lead and account scoring, attribution, and segmentation infrastructure.
  • Support account-based GTM strategies through account hierarchies, enrichment, scoring, and targeting logic.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to ensure GTM architecture cleanly feeds Snowflake and Tableau for downstream reporting.
  • Leverage webhooks, workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n), AI services, and code-based logic to extend GTM automation beyond our core products.
  • Integrate and leverage web analytics and product data (e.g., PostHog) to support lifecycle logic, attribution, routing, and GTM experimentation.
  • Ensure GTM system reliability and data quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, automation decisions, and experiment outcomes, including AI usage and guardrails, to ensure maintainability and shared understanding.
  • Participate in RevOps intake and prioritization, balancing strategic system rebuilds with ongoing GTM needs.

Benefits:
  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer full medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and full dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
  • Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
  • Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.

Compensation Range:

Compensation Range varies based on experience and qualifications; compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements:

Must-Have Experience & Attributes

  • 3–6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, including complex object relationships and automation (Flows, validation rules).
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience rebuilding or refactoring legacy GTM systems.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), web analytics platforms (e.g., PostHog), customer success platforms (e.g. Vitally), and other GTM tooling.
  • Strong understanding of GTM funnels, including routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and attribution.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, decisioning, or automation within GTM systems.
  • Comfort working with webhooks, workflow automation tools, AI services, and code-like logic, even if you are not a traditional software engineer.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance precision and speed — measuring twice and building systems that last.
  • Comfortable pushing back and saying “no” when a request introduces unnecessary complexity or long-term tech debt.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership mentality with a strong bar for reliability, quality, and measurable impact.

Nice-to-Have

  • Apex or programmatic Salesforce experience for edge cases.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n.
  • Experience operationalizing AI models or agents within production GTM workflows.
  • Familiarity with enrichment and ABM tooling (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay).
  • Understanding of how CRM and product data feed data warehouses and BI tools.

***This is not a data engineering role

Preferred Traits

  • Builder mindset: pragmatic, curious, and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of long-term scalability.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining better system patterns.
  • Motivated by leverage — you want your work to make GTM teams faster and more effective.
