Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a professional sales team to exceed monthly targets and annual quotas within the construction technology sector.

  • Spearhead the discovery of new market opportunities by networking with industry leaders and cultivating strategic B2B relationships.

  • Partner with technical pre-sales experts to design and execute sophisticated account plans that land high-value new customers.

  • Serve as a key brand ambassador at major industry events, building influential relationships with technology partners and associations.

  • Champion field success by joining your team for on-site client discoveries and high-stakes demonstrations across the North America.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in a software environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong background in account management including strategic networking.

  • Experience developing and adapting sales tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel 30-40% to support field operations.

Bonus Points For:

  • Deep knowledge of the North American AEC industry workflows.

  • Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed sales teams.

  • Technical background or degree in a field related to construction or business technology.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
