Role Overview
Executive Opportunity
Octave is seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth and success of our North America public safety and geospatial business.
As Vice President, North America, you will own regional business performance, customer outcomes and growth strategy across the United States and Canada. This leader will also develop a scalable operating model across sales, pre-sales, professional services, customer success and support.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep public safety software expertise, strong commercial experience and the ability to operate successfully in complex, mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
As the regional executive leader, you will:
  • Own your P&L performance
  • Drive revenue growth, customer retention, forecasting accuracy and operational excellence
  • Build trusted relationships with public safety agencies, government organizations and geospatial customers
  • Develop high-performing regional teams and partner with global teams to deliver scalable solutions

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong executive with experience leading technology sales organizations for public safety or government markets.
Education / Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in public safety, government technology, enterprise software or related industries
  • Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue, profitability and business performance
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Support and Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and government customer environments
  • Experience with SaaS transformation, cloud adoption, managed services or digital modernization
  • Demonstrated success leading business transformation and organizational change
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
