Hi-Vac is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Global Sales to lead our global sales organization. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and building a high-performing sales team aligned with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Establish and manage compensation, training, and incentive programs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; expand global customer base
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Report sales performance and forecasts monthly and quarterly
