Backed by shared services in media, communications, advisory, human capital, and venture investment, they offer the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI innovation, enterprise deployment, and commercial scale.
We're looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business. This is a player-coach role where you'll lead a small sales team while actively owning and growing your own portfolio of clients. If you're someone who loves building relationships from scratch, opening doors, and closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

- Develop and grow relationships with enterprise clients, managed services firms, and systems integrators.

- Lead and mentor a small sales team while carrying individual sales targets.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing and growing a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

- Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.

- Existing relationships within managed services firms, systems integrators, or enterprise technology companies.

- Hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close complex deals.

- Experience in target markets such as Brazil, Canada, or similar regions is preferred.
