VP of Sales / Sales Director (Pathway to CEO).Hybrid Remote (Eastern Time Zone, with a preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta or the Southeast USA).

Our client is a high-growth world class 3rd party shipping and logistics provider, with CPG clients currently generating ~$25MM in annual revenue, with a clear trajectory and the resources to scale to $100MM+ over the next 3-5 years. Backed by strong organic capital profit and a dynamic leadership team, they seek a seasoned sales leader to drive the expansion of their brand and customer relationships across the U.S. market (and globally - via existing and new partnerships).
Role Highlights
Strategic Leadership: Lead sales and revenue-generation strategies across multiple channels, including eCommerce, retail, and wholesale.
Customer Journey Mastery: Deep involvement in all facets of the customer lifecycle-manufacturing, production, shipping, fulfilment, acquisition marketing, and customer service.
Growth Opportunity: A clear pathway to the CEO role within 2-3 years for the right candidate (optional as you may prefer to remain a senior sales leader long term).
Equity Investment Option: An opportunity to invest $5MM-$10MM for part ownership, giving the candidate a significant stake in the company's growth journey and long term incentives (we acknowledge that you are likely already be a CEO or CSO etc in order to have that level of funding available from previous successful exits)

Leadership Experience: Current or prior experience as a Sales Director, VP of Sales, Chief Sales Officer (CSO), or President. Ambitious leaders at a Sales Manager or Director level who are ready for a VP role are also encouraged to apply.
Strategic Growth Focus: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies that align with aggressive revenue growth goals.
Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce sales, marketing acquisition, and operational excellence (in particular manufacturing, production, warehousing, shipping, fulfilment, and customer support).
