● Help ensure teams are informed, enabled, and aligned on event goals, logistics, and outcomes.

● Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns and support event lead management processes to include lead imports, campaign attribution, opportunity tracking, and event ROI reporting.

● Support event registration and management platforms.

● Assist with registration website development, speaker and session management, landing pages, and attendee communications for company-hosted events.

● Support continuous improvement of event processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

What Success Looks Like:

● Conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and company-hosted events are executed professionally and on schedule.

● Event deadlines, deliverables, registrations, and logistics are consistently managed with accuracy and attention to detail.

● Event assets, inventory, technology, and promotional materials are organized, maintained, and event-ready.

● Salesforce campaigns, lead tracking, and event reporting are maintained accurately to support ROI measurement and business impact.

● Internal stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident in event execution.

● Event processes and documentation are continuously improved to support the growth and scalability of Priority Commerce's event portfolio.

● The Event Marketing team is empowered to focus on strategy, attendee experience, and business growth through strong operational support.

Candidate Requirements:
