Job description

Job title: Marketing Coordinator

Work Location: Marietta, GA.

Division/Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

X Full-time

X Nonexempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing and Digital Support

·   Coordinate community and directional signage.

·   Coordinate with vendors.

·   Create and distribute flyers, e-flyers, e-blasts, brochures, and other marketing materials.

·   Handle routine website and digital-platform updates.

·   Coordinate artwork, logos, maps, proofs, and other creative requests.

Community, Photography and Sales Support

·   Update and distribute community pricing, inventory, incentive sheets, and required disclaimers.

·   Coordinate FMLS, website, listing, and photo updates.

·   Schedule photography and organize final photo and video assets, including virtual staging when needed.

·   Coordinate sales-center and model-home displays, furnishings, moves, and cleaning.

·   Visit communities and sales centers, identify marketing needs, and follow up on action items.

Realtor and Event Support

·   Support realtor outreach, presentations, and brokerage visits.

·   Coordinate event details such as invitations, RSVPs, food, supplies, signage, and photography.

·   Code and submit invoices and maintain vendor contacts and account codes.

·   Maintain the marketing calendar, project lists, shared files, and handoff documentation.

·   Track action items and follow up with sales teams, agencies, vendors, and other departments.

Work Requirements:

Job Qualifications

·        Experience in marketing coordination, sales support, project coordination, events, real estate, homebuilding, or a related field is preferred.

·        Strong organization, communication, proofreading, and follow-through skills.

·        Able to manage several priorities and work well with sales teams, vendors, agencies, and leadership.

·        Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems.

·        Basic graphic-design or photo-editing skills are a plus.

·        Able to travel to Traton communities and events as needed; reliable transportation required.

Programs and Platforms

·        Microsoft 365, WordPress, and shared-file tools.

·        Lasso CRM, BombBomb, and Zapier.

·        BDX/NewHomeSource, Realtor.com, FMLS, and Google Business Profiles.

Essential Job Functions/Working Conditions:

·        Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

·        Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

·        Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

·        High school diploma or GED required

·        Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs
