Job description

General Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and supports the execution of global digital marketing initiatives, with a primarily focus on maintaining and optimizing international regional websites and digital engagements. The role ensures accurate and localized content is aligned with brand standards to enhance user experience, engagement, and support business objectives across multiple markets.
Shift(s) Available:
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Support the day-to-day management and updates of website content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders and internal teams to implement localized content, campaigns, and messaging aligned with global brand standards.
  • Monitor website performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization within various regions.
  • Work with the Communications Manager to support development initiatives and enhance the user experience on the community platform GLOCK IQ (or other relevant platforms) to foster engagement.
  • Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing.
  • Work with outside creative teams and cross-departmentally to support department initiatives.
  • Work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Occasional travel overnight and weekends.
  • Consistent attendance

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

Expertise in email marketing, complimented by a strong technical knowledge in social media, SEO and SEM.
Solid knowledge of analytics used to measure website and digital marketing performance.
Excellent communication, teamwork and creative abilities.
