Key Exciting Responsibilities
Architect and execute a global vision for customer onboarding and professional services that accelerates time-to-value and maximizes customer outcomes.
Mastermind the strategy and governance of a global Partner Implementation Ecosystem, defining the standards for external delivery excellence.
Lead the financial health of the Professional Services organization with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and gross margin targets.
Serve as a high-level executive sponsor for marquee client projects, managing complex relationships and acting as a final point of escalation.
Design and scale a high-performing global team of implementation consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
Essential Skills & Experience
You have 10+ years of leadership in Professional Services or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
Direct experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kantata, FinancialForce, or Rocketlane.
You possess proven experience in a senior global executive role (VP/SVP) managing a multi-million dollar P&L.
You are an expert at building, managing, and governing a global partner ecosystem for service delivery.
You have deep financial acumen regarding recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR) and project profitability optimization.
You maintain a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and standardized delivery methodologies such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.
Bonus Points For:
MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
Specialized domain expertise within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO) industries.
