Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for the marketing, integration, and ongoing optimization of marketing technology platforms. This role ensures that systems such as marketing automation tools, CRM, and other digital platforms are seamlessly connected, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors, the Digital Marketing Technology Specialist supports technical integrations, data accuracy, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This role empowers marketing and sales teams to deliver personalized, measurable, and efficient customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion, overseeing all phases of multiple mediumscale projects with moderate to high complexity.
Establish and maintain CCM's CRMs to integrate and align with other digital marketing technology solutions to drive revenue and client experience.
Gather and document requirements for new CRM and other MarTech initiatives prior to implementation.
Promote and train on marketing automation capabilities across the sales network.
Handle escalated support cases from the digital support team.
Review and proof all messaging for accuracy in collaboration with marketing leadership.
Provide support to the digital and performance marketing teams, agencies, and 3rd party vendors.
Design and implement marketing and technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
Support the development, implementation, and management of automated workflows and multichannel marketing assets, including email, SMS, print, video, and AIdriven content.
Ensure all digital platforms comply with industry best practices and legal/regulatory requirements, including DNC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in CRM and other digital technologies to drive innovation, improve processes, and meet compliance guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and certifications in marketing automation platforms, data analytics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, and data integration tools.
Experience working effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
Experience in the mortgage industry, preferred.
Familiar with APIs, integrations, and data flow between systems.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices.
Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and mortgagespecific CRMs.
Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information concisely to internal and external audiences.
Skilled in problemsolving and performing effectively in deadlinedriven environments.
