Position: Digital Marketing Lead
The Marketing & Practice Growth team at Yeo & Yeo is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to advance our digital strategy, execute high-impact initiatives, and strengthen our marketing technology capabilities across our growing family of companies, service lines, and niche markets.
This role will own the strategy, optimization, and execution of key components of Yeo & Yeo's digital ecosystem-including website, SEO, HubSpot, automation, analytics, paid media, social media, and digital campaigns-to strengthen our online presence, enhance client and prospect experiences, and drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on digital marketer who thrives on owning initiatives from strategy through execution, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results. This role will collaborate closely with marketing team members, firm leaders, practice teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life and maximize marketing impact. This position will be in person at either Saginaw, Troy or Ann Arbor depending on candidate location.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy, Optimization & Growth
  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing strategies and plans that support Yeo & Yeo's growth objectives across companies, service lines, industries, and niche markets.
  • Drive the digital strategy supporting integrated marketing campaigns, providing recommendations on audience targeting, channels, SEO, website optimization, automation, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Execute digital campaigns across channels including paid search, social, LinkedIn, email marketing, and marketing automation to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing leadership, firm leaders, and marketing team members to translate business priorities into effective digital initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and enhance client experience.
  • Stay current on digital trends, AI capabilities, search optimization, and evolving buyer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Website, SEO & Digital Experience
  • Own the management, optimization, and execution of Yeo & Yeo's WordPress website and digital experience.
  • Lead SEO/AIO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, local search/listings, and emerging AI search optimization.
  • Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support LinkedIn and social media strategy, management, optimization, and performance measurement.

Marketing Technology, CRM & Automation
  • Serve as the primary owner and strategic administrator of HubSpot/CRM integrations and related marketing technologies.
  • Manage and optimize marketing data and audience lists, including prospect segmentation, ICP-based list development, data quality, and CRM hygiene in collaboration with principals, practice leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve lead management, campaign effectiveness, and marketing processes through automation, data, and technology.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to increase adoption of marketing platforms and tools.
  • Manage relationships with digital vendors, technology partners, and external resources.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure digital marketing performance, lead generation, engagement, and business impact.
  • Analyze data across HubSpot, website, digital channels, and marketing platforms to identify insights, optimize performance, and provide recommendations.
  • Promote digital marketing best practices, governance, consistency, and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital strategies and campaigns that support business growth.
  • Hands-on experience with websites, digital channels, marketing technology, analytics, and automation.
  • Experience with WordPress and HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing digital budgets, vendors, and external partners.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/AIO, website optimization, paid digital media, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations, lead management, audience segmentation, and marketing data.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand complex services and translate business needs into effective digital strategies.
  • Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and evolving digital marketing practices.
