Job Summary (Genesys CX Developer with Softphone)

  • Position: Genesys CX Developer with Softphone
  • Location: Addison, TX
  • Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
  • Integrate Softphone APIs with Genesys CX.
  • Utilize Genesys SDK for development tasks.
  • Administer, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX platforms.
  • Develop and manage Node. JS applications utilizing REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
  • Create dashboards to monitor queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
  • Administer and configure Genesys Cloud CX including contact center, telephony, routing, people, permissions, and outbound campaigns.
  • Install and configure Genesys applications on AppFoundry.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and routing issues within Genesys environments.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with AWS.
  • Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and Softphone.
  • Contact Center Routing experience.
  • Experience in On-premises Genesys environments.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Genesys on-premise components and composer development.
  • Experience in Java/J2EE and API development/scripting integration.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification (preferred).
