Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Genesys Developer to work onsite in Chicago, IL. The role involves providing technical expertise in IVR solution design and application development, as well as addressing complex problems related to Genesys systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment
• Should have performed Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation and configurations.
• Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Nuance Speech Recognition, Genesys Voice Portal.
• Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOAP, VXML and Voice Object
• Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
• Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
Preferred:
• Genesys Certifications Preferred.
