Job Title:  CCaaS Lead (DevOps/Chatbot)

Location:  Chicago, IL, USA 60606

JD: 

  • 10+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Google Dialog flow or similar platform experience (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi0, Conversational bot building, along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation
  • Develop and maintain Chatbot, chatbot implementations & integrations to .com/in-app/SMS using python. A through hands on experience of Services integration knowledge for APIs is required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
  • Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams
