Title: Genesys Developer
Location: New Jersey/New York
Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
  • Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars.
  • Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
  • Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
  • Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
  • Candidates need to have hands on experience in Genesys cloud development with in-depth knowledge in the Genesys cloud and its functionalities
