Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer to design, develop, customize, and support contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys Engage, along with solid integration, scripting, and troubleshooting skills to deliver high-quality customer engagement solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Genesys Architect / Composer
  • IVR and call routing strategies
  • Outbound and inbound call flows
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integrations
  • Good understanding of SIP, VoIP, and contact center technologies
  • Experience with SQL / databases
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Genesys certifications (GCP, GCE, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Omnichannel solutions (chat, email, messaging, social)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise contact centers
