Come Join a great Funeral Home, in Elm Springs/Springdale area! the Team takes pride in serving the community and the families they care for. If you have experience as a Funeral Manager, or your an Embalmer that would like to move up into Management this is a great opportunity for you! This is with an established and well-known Funeral Home 

Core Requirements

  • Education: Associate Degree in Funeral Service Education or Mortuary Science 
  • Licensure: Funeral Director License 

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Empathy and Compassion: Ability to work with grieving families in a calm, professional manner.
  • Organization and Logistics: Planning, scheduling, and managing complex service details, often with limited time.

Common Job Duties

  • Arrangement Conferences: Meeting with families to plan funeral services, cremation, or burials.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Preparing, filing, and managing legal documents, such as death certificates and burial permits.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinating transport of remains and scheduling funeral services.
  • Aftercare Services: Assisting families with post-funeral tasks
