Version2.ai Operations Specialist
Overview
Givzey's Version2.ai is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its autonomous fundraising operations team. This individual will bring direct fundraising experience either as a frontline fundraiser or in advancement communications. They will know what makes nonprofit donors tick and apply their expert donor-centric communication skills to their work directly overseeing the world's first AI-powered fully autonomous fundraiser. They will have been a savvy super-user of technology in previous roles and have strong time management skills and the ability to easily pivot from one task to the next independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage back-end operations of the Virtual Engagement Officer, including human-in-the-loop review, AI training, and knowledgebase development.
  • Execute internal and external facing processes in support of the autonomous fundraising operation, including but not limited to onboarding, asset submission, basic website development, and content creation.
  • Identify and clearly report technical tasks to engineering using JIRA project management software
  • Develop and manage internal and external documentation.
  • Work with third-party platforms that support autonomous fundraising operations.
  • In conjunction with the VP of Engineering, VP of Customer Success and Director of Autonomous Fundraising Operations, identify and solve opportunities and challenges in autonomous fundraising.
  • Assist with customer requests, troubleshooting, and deployment of Version2 activities.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
