Join Our Team as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser for the IRC Share Fundraising - Philadelphia, PA Fulltime & Parttime | Outdoor, CommunityBased Work Job description: Pay: $22-$25/hr + Bonuses + Full Benefits Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00-6:30pm. Company: Share Fundraising About the Role If you're energized by people and passionate about making a real impact, this role puts you on the front lines of humanitarian work. You'll represent the International Rescue Committee (IRC) - a global organization founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein - helping families affected by conflict, disaster, and displacement.

You'll engage the public, share IRC's mission, and inspire recurring support through confident, meaningful conversations. This is an outdoor, streetbased fundraising position requiring 6+ hours of walking/standing daily and achieving 8 donors per week.
