  • Monitor project timelines, approvals, deadlines, and follow-up tasks across fundraising campaigns, stewardship initiatives, and donor recognition activities.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Partner with Charitable Giving, Marketing, Finance, vendors, and local YMCA teams to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment, initiative, adaptability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join the YMCA of the North Shore?
At the YMCA, you'll do more than support fundraising-you'll help create opportunities that strengthen children, families, and communities throughout the North Shore.

  • Meaningful work that helps make a lasting impact in the communities we serve

If you're looking for a part-time opportunity where your organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail can help make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help support the YMCA's mission of strengthening our community through charitable giving.
What We're Looking For
