Dallas Cowboys 50/50 Charity Raffle Ticket Seller
Pay: $16.00/hour + seller incentives and prizes
Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal Contract (Home Games Only)
Location: AT&T Stadium | DFW-area candidates only
Must be 18 years or older

The Dallas Cowboys 50/50 Charity Raffle benefits The Salvation Army and has raised more than $1 million since 2016 to support youth, veterans, disaster relief, homelessness programs, and other critical community services. At each home game, one lucky fan wins 50% of the jackpot, while the remaining proceeds help support those in need throughout North Texas.
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our game day team. Our raffle sellers are the backbone of the program, engaging with fans and helping maximize charitable fundraising.
What You'll Do
  • Sell 50/50 raffle tickets throughout AT&T Stadium using handheld sales devices.
  • Interact with fans in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Educate fans about the raffle and charitable impact.

Requirements
  • Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Must be available for all Dallas Cowboys home games, including preseason, regular season, playoffs, and Thanksgiving Day.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging large crowds.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using digital technology.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Game Day Expectations
  • Arrive approximately 90 minutes before stadium plazas open. Each game is approximately 7 hours.
  • Work through the fourth quarter.
  • Follow all policies regarding professionalism, including no alcohol, smoking, socializing, or cell phone use while selling.
  • Wear black pants and black shoes; raffle polo shirts are provided each game.
