Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fundraiser to join our dynamic team. The Fundraiser will play a crucial role in helping our organization reach its fundraising goals and contribute to the success of our projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social impact, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful fundraising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities through research and networking
  • Organize and execute fundraising events and campaigns
  • Create compelling fundraising materials including proposals, newsletters, and social media content
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information in our database
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and updates on fundraising progress to the management team

Qualifications
