• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, documenting their functional levels and identifying treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, maintaining detailed records of treatment provided and interventions performed.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and health maintenance, ensuring they understand their condition and the importance of adherence to exercise protocols.
• Provide motivational support during treatment sessions to encourage adherence and achieve personal goals, fostering a sense of independence in each patient.
• Evaluate and measure the outcomes of treatment plans through standardized assessment tools, ensuring continuous improvement of therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to attain integrative care, enhancing treatment effectiveness and providing a holistic approach to patient health.

The primary focus of this position will be on the orthopedic population, encompassing a range of conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
