The room attendant isresponsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, changing linens, restocking amenities like soap and towels, and emptying trash.They also report maintenance issues, respond to guest requests, and must adhere to hotel policies regarding cleanliness and guest privacy.

Key responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitizing:This includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning windows, and ensuring all surfaces are clean.
  • Bed and linen care:Making beds and replacing used sheets and towels with fresh ones.
