This position entails onsite work at our busy rehabilitation center in Naperville, Illinois. The center hosts a collaborative atmosphere that promotes teamwork among our professionals, which currently includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant. The environment is designed to be welcoming to patients while prioritizing their care and comfort in every aspect of their rehabilitation journey.

• Effectively assess and address patients' unique goals and requirements, developing joint treatment plans based on their needs.
• Manage a diverse caseload, typically evaluating and treating one patient per hour to ensure focused, quality care.
• Utilize extensive experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to provide evidence-based treatments aimed at restoring functionality.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility, reducing reliance on medications and exploring alternatives to invasive procedures.
• Design and deliver comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Motivate and support patients throughout treatment to optimize their outcomes and functional capabilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care and progress tracking.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly, maintaining clear communication regarding treatment outcomes and future planning.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their recovery process, helping them transition back into their daily lives with increased mobility and improved strength. Your role is crucial in not only advancing physical recovery but also aiding in emotional support as patients regain confidence in their capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in Illinois.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your physical therapy license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management and documentation.

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, with proven outcomes in patient rehabilitation.
• A background in designing specialized exercise programs that address a wide range of conditions and patient capabilities.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
