Calibre Ortho Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapists to join our full-time team in Elgin, Illinois. This onsite position focuses on enhancing the lives of patients of all ages through effective physical therapy interventions tailored to their individual needs. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique orthopedic challenges. Our patients come from various backgrounds and cultures, requiring a therapist who is adaptable and sensitive to the needs of individuals from all walks of life.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
  • Proficiency in both in-person evaluations and treatments as well as telehealth services when appropriate.
  • A genuine passion for working with a diverse patient demographic, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Strong ability to adapt to changing situations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
