• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and couple's therapy to promote collective healing and interpersonal understanding.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards set forth by the counseling profession.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatments and modalities.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By participating in our telehealth program, you will gain the opportunity to reach underserved populations and those facing barriers to traditional in-person counseling. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is required.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the counseling field, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and clinical guidelines within the mental health profession.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-focused therapy is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate client sessions and documentation.
