This is a full-time position within our state-of-the-art orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation facility, offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The work setting is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility in Goodyear, Arizona, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our team-oriented environment fosters continuous learning and skill development, ensuring that you have the support needed to thrive in your role. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients’ goals and customize treatment plans accordingly based on their unique needs.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives dedicated attention and quality care.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility, while reducing their dependence on medications and invasive procedures.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Motivate and educate patients on the importance of adherence to treatment plans, promoting a proactive approach to their health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and progress, while maintaining clear and accurate documentation of patient care services provided.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including athletes and active individuals, as well as older adults seeking to improve their functional mobility and overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Proven experience of at least two years in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of physical therapy practices.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, especially WebPT.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members alike.

While a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is the minimum requirement, candidates who hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be viewed favorably. Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or experience in sports medicine will enhance your candidacy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a full benefits package.
