Oceanbay Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients along their recovery paths, with a primary focus on restoring functionality and optimizing mobility. As a physical therapy practice owned by experienced practitioners, we are committed to delivering state-of-the-art care in our 5,000 square foot sports medicine facility. Our dedicated team of professionals includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all passionate about helping patients achieve their maximum potential through innovative and evidence-based practices.

This position is based onsite at our modern outpatient office in Mesa, AZ. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. • Assess and understand patients' individual goals, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Manage an effective patient caseload, meeting one-on-one with each client for tailored sessions focused on their recovery.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques to enhance patients' range of motion and alleviate discomfort.
• Teach exercises and rehabilitation interventions specifically designed to reduce the necessity for medications or surgical interventions.
• Use a variety of modalities to create comprehensive care plans that address physical, emotional, and social factors impacting recovery.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment processes to achieve and recognize their progress.
• Promote healthy lifestyles by focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvements.
• Document treatment progress diligently and communicate outcomes clearly to patients and referring healthcare providers.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest rehabilitation practices and trends.

Our clinic predominantly serves individuals with private medical insurance who require orthopedic rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from active athletes seeking to improve performance to older adults aiming to regain mobility and independence. Your expertise will play a vital role in understanding their unique challenges and working towards effective solutions.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Clean professional record without any board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to develop and implement tailored exercise protocols that align with individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR Software, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient record-keeping.

• Prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with sports-specific rehabilitation programs.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
