Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting that embraces flexibility and autonomy. As part of our outpatient office, you will have access to a supportive team of professionals who are dedicated to your success. You will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, utilizing advanced technology to ensure high-quality care. Our normal working hours run from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct secure, confidential one-on-one therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to effectively address clientsโ€™ unique mental health challenges.
  • Develop customized treatment plans that consider clientsโ€™ individual circumstances, goals, and aspirations.
  • Assist clients in building self-awareness and implementing healthy coping mechanisms to enhance their emotional resilience.
