What You Will Do
  • Own the Al agenda end-to-end - build the company-wide jobs-to-be-done
    (JTBD) catalog and turn the highest-value recurring jobs into agents and automations.
  • Build and own the Al + transformation roadmap - sequence the work, manage dependencies, and give leadership a single source of truth on status and risk.
  • Ship quick wins fast - prototype and launch high-impact Al automations early to prove value and build momentum across departments.
  • Drive the system migrations cross-functionally (identity, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, Notion, ITSM) - keep them on schedule, in sequence, and in check.
  • Align stakeholders across all functions - partner with IT, the business units, and internal Al builders to land adoption, not just delivery.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
  • 8+ years in technical program/product management, ideally driving cross-functional transformation or platform programs at a fast-scaling company.
  • Hands-on AI/LLM fluency - has built or shipped agents and automations not just managed AI projects.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise system migrations or rollouts (e.g. HRIS, ERP, identity, collaboration) - sequencing dependencies and keeping many workstreams on schedule.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - able to align and influence many departments without direct authority, and turn ambiguity into a clear roadmap.
  • Comfortable with operating across CN/SG/US time zones.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140,000 - $276,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
