About the Position

A busy pediatric practice in Mason is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and scheduling appointments efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Route calls to the appropriate staff or department as needed.
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize electronic medical records and practice management systems to manage patient information.
