Role: Business Development Manager

Salary: $90,000 - 100,000 + Commission
Location: United States (Remote with Travel)
DCCHail is looking for a high-energy and versatile Business Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll build strategic partnerships with body shops, insurance companies, and dealerships to drive new business across the U.S.
This is a remote role with significant travel during hail season (approximately 50%), making it ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Source, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the United States
  • Build and maintain relationships with body shops, insurance partners, and dealerships
  • Meet with prospects to present and sell DCCHail services
  • Oversee onboarding and setup of new accounts
  • Travel extensively during hail season (approximately 50%)
  • Network and represent the business at industry events and in-market visits
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth
  • Other duties as required

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Body shop and/or hail repair experience is a strong asset
  • Experience within the automotive or insurance industry preferred
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
