Admin Support Specialist (Operations)
Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment? Do you take pride in accuracy and meeting measurable performance goals? If so, we encourage you to apply.
We are seeking an Admin Support Specialist (Operations) to support our Employment Screening team. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate build-out of client orders while ensuring compliance with client-specific processes and strict confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately build and process incoming client orders
  • Review vendor-collected data and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain proper queue assignment and work queue accuracy
  • Upload and manage documentation (drug screens, vaccination records, MVR reviews, etc.)
  • Submit third-party vendor orders and perform demographic updates
  • Meet production goals of 12โ€“15 orders per hour within 90 days
  • Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate records

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proven success working remotely with strong time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, chat, and phone
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • North Carolina resident with a private home office and secure high-speed internet
