Syneos Health Communications and BoldSky Creative Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Asset Manager to oversee and optimize our digital asset management ecosystem. This role will primarily function as the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Administrator, ensuring that digital assets across the organization are effectively managed, organized, and accessible to support internal teams and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Asset Management (AEM Administration):
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), overseeing the organization, storage, tagging, and distribution of digital assets.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standards, taxonomy, and metadata protocols for digital asset management.
  • Ensure all assets meet quality control standards, including accurate metadata tagging and licensing information (especially for imagery).
  • Train and onboard new employees on proper file naming conventions, folder structures, and best practices for asset management.
Font Licensing and Management:
  • Manage and assign font licenses across teams and projects when the font license team is unavailable.
  • Maintain the detailed and accurate font license database, ensuring compliance with all usage terms and agreements.
Collaboration with Wrike Admin Team:
  • Partner with the Wrike administration team to develop and document processes for file uploading, organization, and asset management within Wrike.
  • Lead internal communication and training initiatives to ensure Wrike users understand and follow these processes.
Final Art:
  • Participate in the preparation of print mechanicals when the final art team is overloaded.
Veeva Upload Management:
  • Oversee the Veeva upload process for various client accounts, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely delivery.
  • Provide training and support for internal teams on Veeva upload procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, preferably within an agency or corporate communications environment.
  • Proven expertise as an AEM Administrator or in a similar DAM platform.
  • Familiarity with Wrike and Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of metadata standards, image licensing, and font licensing management.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and process management skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities; able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in creative operations, marketing technology, or production management.
  • Working knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) and legal considerations related to digital assets.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools for asset review and management.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $60.00-$65.00, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
