Job Description
The Business Systems Administrator role is responsible for configuration and maintenance of Salesforce and related Enterprise SaaS applications.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Act as the administrator of Salesforce products, which may include Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and related applications, such as Gainsight, Gong, and Precursive, among others.
• Understand data flows and integrations between multiple enterprise applications. Use systems knowledge to design scalable solutions across all applications.
• Test and QA any changes with peers and/or users as applicable.
• Provide day-to-day end user support and resolve software help center tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Day-to-day support may include user provisioning, maintenance of roles and profiles, mass-updates of records, and report and dashboard generation.
• Contribute to the refinement of user stories in our backlog in partnership with the broader team.
• Champion platform excellence, including data governance, security controls, optimal administration of roles, profiles, objects, fields, etc.
• Escalate support tickets as needed to senior-level admins and/or product owner.
• Keep current on available releases, technologies, and applications. Provide guidance to IT and business leaders as needed.
• Participate in day-to-day systems integration of acquired companies as needed. May include data migrations, systems design, configuration changes, etc.
• Participate in larger IT projects, such as version upgrades or new implementations.
Qualifications
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher. Must have demonstrated administration skills of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to think strategically and understand long-term impacts of today's decisions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, including ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• 2+ years in experience in Salesforce as power user or administrator, with at least 1 year as an administrator.
• Basic understanding of database structure.
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Sprints.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development framework (Apex, Visualforce).
• User or administration experience in following SaaS applications or similar: Salesforce CPQ, Gong, Highspot, Pardot, and Gainsight.
• Experience integrating acquired systems.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
