Franchise Manager

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Establish/Follow systems, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvement of key functional business areas.
  • Oversee the Operations Manager to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction of moves.
  • Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
  • Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports of all functional areas for executive review.
  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
· This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to lead and grow your location’s sales.
What We’re Looking For
  • We’re looking for a high-energy Head Coach who can drive performance and push our Rocky Hill, CT team to the next level.
  • A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must have prior experience in sales, business, management, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people.
  • Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
