About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Franchise Manager to join our property team, supporting the Total Tools' franchise networks.

This is a highly organised and process-driven role where you'll take ownership of the administration, governance and execution of franchise agreements across Total Tools' franchise locations. Acting as the central coordinator between Legal, Finance, Operations, external lawyers and franchisees, you'll ensure agreements are drafted, reviewed, executed and administered accurately throughout the franchise leasing agreement lifecycle.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work across our Heatherton and Port Melbourne offices, providing exposure to a diverse range of teams and stakeholders. It is an excellent fit for someone from a paralegal, legal secretary, conveyancing, contract administration or governance background who enjoys owning complex documentation processes, driving compliance outcomes and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the franchise agreement process from drafting to execution
  • Coordinate franchise documentation with lawyers and stakeholders
  • Manage franchise records and document governance
  • Track agreement milestones, renewals and compliance obligations
  • Partner with Finance to manage franchise fee invoicing
  • Coordinate franchise code and agreement updates
  • Keep stakeholders accountable and projects moving forward
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls

You're Likely a Match If You Have

  • Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Clerk, Contract Administrator or similar
  • Strong document management and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
